Ein Sound, der überrascht
KING ERN aus Berlin verbindet Metal, Rock und Rap zu einem Sound, der hart, energiegeladen und überraschend vielseitig ist. Harte Gitarrenriffs treffen auf treibende Drums, Vocals, die direkt unter die Haut gehen, und immer wieder experimentelle Elemente, die den Songs eine eigene Tiefe verleihen. Ein gutes Beispiel dafür ist die Kollaboration „Out Of The Norm“ (2022), in der Metal, Hip-Hop und Rap aufeinandertreffen – ein Statement dafür, dass KING ERN sich nicht in ein Genre zwängen lässt.
Die Anfänge
Gegründet wurde die Band 2019 von Sänger Figo. Schon bei der ersten Probe entstand der Song „Voice Of The Voiceless“, der später auf der Debüt-EP „No Rush“ veröffentlicht wurde. Von Anfang an war klar: KING ERN möchte direkte, intensive und emotionale Musik machen und dabei immer wieder neue Wege gehen.
Debüt-EP und Singles
Die Debüt-EP „No Rush“ erschien 2023 und zeigte die Band von ihrer ganzen Stärke: kraftvolle Drums, markante Gitarrenriffs und Vocals, die hängenbleiben. Danach folgten die Singles „Drop“ (2024), „Painkiller“ (2025) und „What A Firm Grip Of Dreams“ (2025, feat. Black Marine). Jede Veröffentlichung öffnet eine andere Facette der Band: mal düster, mal melodisch, mal aggressiv, aber immer mit dem typischen KING ERN-Vibe.
Live-Erfahrung
Auf der Bühne zeigt die Band ihre volle Energie. Das erste Konzert fand 2023 in Wolverhampton, England, statt. 2024 kam Viviana ans Schlagzeug und ersetzte Paul. Im November 2024 spielte KING ERN als Vorband von SKINLAB in Berlin. Ihre Live-Shows sind intensiv, direkt und machen deutlich, dass die Songs erst richtig lebendig werden, wenn die Band auf der Bühne steht.

Neuerscheinungen und Zukunft
Im April 2026 erscheint der neue Song „Disgust At The Horror“, der erneut zeigt, wie KING ERN Härte, Emotion und Überraschungen miteinander verbindet. Weitere Konzerte sind in Vorbereitung und werden auf den Social-Media-Kanälen der Band angekündigt.

A Sound That Surprises
KING ERN, from Berlin, blends metal, rock, and rap into a sound that is heavy, energetic, and unexpectedly versatile. Hard guitar riffs collide with driving drums, vocals that hit straight to the heart, and experimental elements that give the songs a distinctive depth. A prime example is the collaboration “Out Of The Norm” (2022), where metal, hip-hop, and rap merge seamlessly – proving that KING ERN refuses to be confined to a single genre.
The Beginnings
The band was founded in 2019 by singer Figo. At their very first rehearsal, the song “Voice Of The Voiceless” was created, which later appeared on their debut EP “No Rush”. From the start, it was clear that KING ERN wanted to make direct, intense, and emotional music while constantly exploring new directions.
Debut EP and Singles
The debut EP “No Rush” was released in 2023, showcasing the band at their full strength: powerful drums, striking guitar riffs, and vocals that linger in the listener’s mind. This was followed by the singles “Drop” (2024), “Painkiller” (2025), and “What A Firm Grip Of Dreams” (2025, feat. Black Marine). Each release highlights a different facet of the band – sometimes dark, sometimes melodic, sometimes aggressive – but always carrying the unmistakable KING ERN vibe.
Live Experience
On stage, the band’s full energy becomes tangible. Their first live performance took place in 2023 in Wolverhampton, England. In 2024, drummer Viviana joined the band, replacing Paul. Later that year, in November 2024, KING ERN performed as the opening act for SKINLAB in Berlin. Their live shows are intense and direct, showing that the songs truly come alive when the band hits the stage.

In April 2026, the new song “Disgust At The Horror” will be released, once again demonstrating how KING ERN combines power, emotion, and unexpected twists. More live shows are in the works and will be announced on the band’s social media channels.
